In this Episode I am joined by NLP coach & Personal Trainer Kashira Whiteley.

I have known Kashira for a number of years and throughout this time she has stayed true to her message on social media of inspiring others to train and feel confident. Kashira boldly talks about how Chronic Fatigue Syndrome effected her life and how she refuses to let it hold her back.
