Hi! and WELCOME BACK! It's Rhonda The GOOD Influence - HER. Now we move on to the last of THE SEVEN DEADLY SINS - "LUST".

THIS IS OBVIOUS AND NO SHAME...RESPECT YOUR BODY AND YOU WILL ALWAYS HAVE YOUR SELF-RESPECT.

LUST in my opinion is a powerful feeling which can PERSUADE you to decide to get involved in regrettable situations with other people. I don't like regrets. And, I don't trust many people. I am a very guarded person. I have not been in many relationships. In fact, I have loved Eric and been in love with him for 32 years plus.

Now, this is good because you have my point of view of someone being in a long-term relationship. It is not easy but you learn to value loyalty and trust which are crucial to your own existence. If you can't trust anyone or be loyal to anyone then who are you?

I have friends who have cheated on each other time and time again. Most of the time it just takes one time of cheating that creates long-term resentments and problems in relationships. My friends are constantly on the mend as they fight and makeup annually. It is very difficult to stay together after an affair. It is very difficult for people like me and my husband to be friends with them when we know they are constantly struggling with infidelity.
The point is "WHY???" Why are you cheating and disrespecting your body and your relationship? The answer I believe is that you have an insecurity or rather a hole in your soul. It is not your partner's fault...it is "YOU" the cheater with the problem.
This is why I challenge my friends before they stray to think about the consequence of self-respect; respect your body.
I hope this next episode gets many of you struggling with lust to consider what you are doing to your body, your mind, and your soul. You know what the right decision is. Stopping hurting yourself and the people who care about you and love you. Start loving yourself by simply respecting your body.
