57. Are your Habits and Routines Leaving you Feeling Fit, Fearless and Fabulous?

Are you feeling Fit, Fearless & Fabulous yet?

This month on the Habit Thrive Podcast, we have been exploring each of these categories and how we might improve our feelings of Fit, Fearless & Fabulous.

On episode #57 today, we are asking the question: “Are you feeling Fit, Fearless & Fabulous?”

So … are you?🤔

If you are, that’s great, and you must be feeling extra Fabulous🥳 to have checked off all three boxes!

But maybe your Fearlessness just feels lacking.

Or maybe you’re not feeling as Fit as you once did.

Or maybe you aren’t really feeling any of it.😖

That’s OK, too!

There’s no rule saying that we all have to feel maxed out in the Fit, Fearless & Fabulous department all the time.

In fact, our barometers for these feelings change from month to month, year to year and season to season.

For example, I have discovered that I feel the most Fit during the summer months because I do a lot of the physical activities I enjoy like yoga and Pilates classes, walking the boardwalk, getting in the garden and, just recently, playing pickleball.

But, for me, the winter months are when I do most of my traveling and therefore they are when I feel the most Fabulous and Fearless (hello pedicures, sun dresses and tropical islands!😎)

So, today is all about checking in with ourselves and exploring our own thoughts around living Fit, Fearless & Fabulous.

Because when we know our bodies and minds well enough to predict what each season may bring, it gives us more information, more power and more choices around our health and happiness.
