75. Do you know the habits that serve and support you the most?

Welcome to the month of December, and welcome to another amazing month on the Habit Thrive Podcast of living Fit, Fearless & Fabulous.💪
Today, on Episode #75, and all the month of December, we are going to be focusing on cultivating ease and flow in our lives.
Truly, this is something that we can do any time of year.👍 Because whether you are a mom, a wife, a professional (or all three, whew!😮💨), there is no shortage of things to do in every season.
But right now, in the month of December and in the midst of the holidays🎄, we often are especially stressed and stretched to our limits.🥴
That’s why it’s nice to take a step back, take a breath, and utilize those non-negotiable habits that make your life easier.🤗
I’m not talking about making a resolution to go to the gym 3 times a week or implementing a new cleaning schedule or adding new exercises or meditations to our already packed day.
Think about the no-brainers🤔:
Do you feel your best when you get 8 hours of sleep?😴
Choose a bedtime for yourself, and start to wind down an hour or more beforehand.
Do you find that you feel dehydrated and tired if you don’t drink enough water?🫗
Grab your favorite cup or bottle in the morning, fill ‘er up and keep it handy throughout the day.
Does going for a walk after dinner help you let go into sleep much easier?🚶♀️
Round up the family, or just put on your favorite podcast and take a stroll. (Bonus points for stacking this habit with some practice being in the moment, breathing and enjoying nature!)
Do you enjoy taking some time to yourself on the weekend to make you feel less rushed?😉
Put a weekly lunch with a friend, yoga class or even just screen time on your calendar. Make it a date with yourself, and make sure you keep it!
If you schedule in and stay dedicated to your non-negotiable habits, you will surely find that the holiday season - or any season - moves with a more calming flow.
