Ever heard of monkey brain?

You know when your thoughts are going about 5,000 miles per second, you have so many things you need to do, and places you need to be, decisions you need to make that you aren’t able to focus on anything.

You can’t turn it off even when you go to bed and then you notice your heart is beating a little faster, you think maybe you forgot something….ugh….you can’t focus...you can’t sleep….and you don’t think you’ll ever find a moment for yourself.

This monkey brain leads to anxiety, depression, sleepless nights, overeating, procrastination, inaction, bad decisions, loss of motivation, forgetfulness, use of drugs/cigarettes/food/alcohol to mask the restless brain….

Ugh, it’s all bad!
