They call it minfulness....or awareness, or intent, or being present, or living in the moment. Mindfulness is a trending topic these days and we all have been told we would be better off if we can be more mindful. But is that true? And what does it mean to be mindful?
Today we look at the common principles and practices that underlie many of the techniques of mindfulness.
What are CBT, MBSR, and ACT and are they all just forms of mindfulness training in action?
We also learn wise words found in instruction manuals, that Mike thinks people still listen to CDs and that Chris is certain he’s achieved a deep state of Mikefulness.
