"Miriam, I have to be honest, I was very motivated to get going, make a change & start healing- I really so want another baby. But I find myself so depressed & the complete opposite of motivated.

I mean, do I really need to give up all the foods I love? FOREVER? I love food. I'm a social person. I love going out, to friends, with friends, I don't want to be the social outcast or the problematic guest because I eat differently.

If you were to tell me I'd have to stop eating the things I loved for certain amount of time- that would be one thing, but to live like this forever? Maybe there's something else I can do?"
This is a phone call I got this week, from a dear lady suffering from PCOS,
