Alone time - just like awareness - is a crucial skill. Too much of it, and you’ll isolate yourself, but too little, and you’ll feel distant from yourself. Like many aspects of holistic living, we have to seek a balance between the two. When you find that balance, alone time can be a meaningful time to reconnect with yourself & your goals (and recharge if you’re an introvert). In this episode, you will learn more about:

  • How too much alone time can hurt our relationships
  • How alone time can be beneficial for us to refocus/reconnect with our soul
  • How our relationship with alone time can change as we change
  • Why extroverts can struggle to take alone time and connect with themselves
  • Why introverts can struggle with making time for connection with others
  • The power of setting intentional time
  • How to structure healthy alone time

And more!
