This is one of the most pivotal things in your Recruitment / Search Business Podcast Highlights: [00:00:35] - Building Your Recruitment / Search Business [00:13:33] - Get The Recruitment / Search Business Side Of Things [00:16:38] - Challenges Of A Recruitment / Search Business Owner [00:18:09] - What You Need As A Recruitment / Search Business Owner [00:21:16] - Key Principles Of Recruitment / Search Business Summary This week's Laptop Recruiter session is not going to be a cool new strategy that will change your 30 days. What we are about to go through for the next few weeks is something that is one of the most pivotal things I talk about all the time, some of you may know and some of you can also actually be in it. One thing has really hit me in the last 12 to 18 months is, I don't want to be associated anymore just with the automation guy, the inbound guy, etc. in Recruitment because what we're actually doing here is building Recruitment Businesses sometimes from the ground up, sometimes from those who have plateaued a quarter million, sometimes just those who doing, for example Jamie Town, thirteen million. We actually want to scale it down and turn into Perm if the first time in years get a nice half million pounds profit for the first time instead of break even. But what we're actually doing here is we're building recruitment / search businesses ground up. Let's step back a little with what we're doing and we're actually building businesses. So, yes we got strategies to bring the leads in but also we got strategies whereby that conversation could be converted, we got strategies to get people into Forbes magazine, strategies that grow teams from one to ten, strategies turn revenue from 100K to over a million. This can become more apparent in the next six months or so what I'm really passionate about is actually building recruitment businesses.
