Debra Basch specializes in helping women 35 years old and up struggling with hormone disruption and helps them end their struggle with fat loss by addressing the root cause and is the mom of two grown women.

Debra shows women over 35 how to lose weight by regulating their hormones and lifestyle changes including how to eat and how to work out. She shares her do’s and don’ts and her top three tips for women over 40 who are ready to become the best version of themselves both physically and mentally.
