Jane Wilson has taught over 10,000 people to feel strong, sexy and confident through pole dancing and is the author of “The Up To No Good Club: Defining A Life With Strength & Swagger”. She has spent over a decade teaching pole, fitness, heels, and chair dancing classes while encouraging women to flip their hair, bang their heels, and love their curves. She is a two-time Canadian Pole Fitness Masters Champion, and has been featured in Canadian Living and on Cityline.
In this episode, Jane shares with us how pole came into her life and how she came around the preconceived stigma with pole dancing. She also talks about how her mindset and view shifted since gaining the passion for pole and how it allowed her to really step into her divine power.
She tells us about her book that documented her stories and other transformations of wonderful women. Jane also shares her iconic interaction with the burlesque queen Dita Von Teese that changed her life.
