Laura Spath has lost 120 pounds after adopting a Carnivore diet and utulizing intermittent fasting. Laura spent years yoyo dieting, trying many different diets including vegan, low carb, low calorie and keto. Laura shares her ups and downs and how she discovered a meat based diet and reclaimed her life and health.
