Welcome to The Magical Mystery Show!
In this first episode I go over the idea for the show and share a little bit about myself. As I started to share personal parts of my story I want to let you know that some parts of it may be triggering to you, as my life has not been easy.
I share some of the modalities and techniques I have used to get to be the happy human being I am today, in the hope that it may be helpful for you.
This first episode is in english but this will be a bilingual podcast, English and Icelandic.
The music in the podcast is by me, Jara Gian Tara from a soundtrack to the documentary Atomy by Logi Hilmarsson that will be released later this year.
