Achieving work life balance is something that I think many of us are trying to do all the time. I am interested by what causes us to be out of balance and also in what we can do to get back there.

Here are three things we can stop doing so that we are able to achieve a closer state of balance. By giving these three things up, we will find that there is more time, we are able to focus better and we find that we can get more done and be more present where we need to be.
