McConnell has most recently launched his start-up, The Mastermind Connect, a private membership group for today’s progressive man. The group provides over 60 members in the NYC metro area with engaging events, community accountability programs and chances to grow in their personal and professional careers. Michael is a proud father, husband and keynote speaker. He has had the honor of being a keynote speaker at Long Island University, New York University, Florida A&M University and teaching a one day course on Marketing & Branding at Hunter College.
