In this episode we talk about how to overcome fear by realizing that the only thing it is is false evidence appearing real. It's ultimately up to us whether we choose to believe in our fears, or alternatively, choose to believe outcomes of future events will turn out positive. Our thoughts keep us so small because fear hates the unknown and will talk us out of pursuing great things. I give some real life examples of how fear holds people back from doing even the smallest things, but after overcoming it the results outweigh the fear tenfold. You'll become empowered to know that it's not about becoming fearless, but that you feel fear and take action anyway.
