This is one to watch for sure! Guest Cole Clayton, Osteopath in Byron Bay Australia. He is going to explain cranial osteopathy, treating from the feet up to the head "Toes to Nose", explaining the connection of the foot arches and the arches of the jaws, as well as how cranial strain can effect the tongue and breathing dysfunction. Prepare for knowledge bombs!

We often talk about osteopathy being a great form a bodywork, but osteopathy is complex! Cole is an excellent educator to help break down the physics of the body and how it all connects. He will also share his own personal story of being a kid with sleep disordered breathing (SDB) and how he was trying to find health through sports and exercise but could never fully get WELL because of breathing dysfunction. Breathing retraining has changed his life, he went back to university in his mid 30's and now is treating patients in Byron Bay Australia. https://www.coleclayton.com.au/

Cole has created an online course about the different forms of breathwork and what is suitable for each specific person's needs. Some people would benefit more from Buteyko vrs Wim Hof etc. There is 40 videos of on demand content. https://www.coleclayton.com.au/baselinebreathing To follow him on Instagram @ColeClaytonOsteopath
