In today's episode of the podcast, I talk with Ember about their early ADHD diagnosis and how it didn't save them the way so many late-diagnosed folks imagine early diagnosis should. The truth is, there's a difference between diagnosis and acceptance. And so many late-diagnosed folks wish they'd been diagnosed earlier because they imagine it automatically comes with acceptance, but as Ember describes in this episode, that's not always the case.
