In this episode of The Pain Changer™ podcast, EFT Practitioner Lauren Fonvielle came back to tell us more about EFT and how it can help you change your pain. Lauren is an Integrative Energy Practitioner, specializing in EFT/ Tapping for stress, anxiety, and trauma. She guides her clients on a journey of self-healing to break through obstacles - physical, mental, or emotional - that are keeping them stuck and holding them back in life or business.
She believes we all have the answers within, and sometimes we just need a little help accessing them.
This episode was recorded after 3 of the 8 sessions I booked with Lauren for EFT. I highly recommend working with her. We started with adrenal fatigue and how I felt about it. Then as that cleared…I found all these other blocks with my business and my romantic partner…and Lauren helped me work through those and release them. She meets her clients with zero judgment and a compassionate smile…creating a very welcoming place to safely explore what’s inside.
In our last session which was focused on my left shoulder, which had been bothering me more and more…we found some fear of rejection. My shoulder noticeably leveled out during that session! With every session, I could feel a big difference in my body, and I have started to integrate more EFT into my Cognomovement sessions with clients.
In this episode, you will learn:

  • We have many layers to our patterns and unhealthy habits. So even if we’ve worked on a pattern previously and thought we dealt with it, there is most likely more depth to these patterns/unhealthy habits that need to be released and let go of. EFT can help with this
  • For most of us, fear will take over/control what we do and prevent us from doing the things we want to do in life. EFT tapping can help us release this fear.
  • Give yourself a moment, even for just 5 minutes, to just pause, sit, be, do absolutely nothing. “The pause will pay off.”
  • Making note of where you are starting and measuring your progress is the key to “seeing” success. Whatever that looks like for you, lessened pain, fear, judgment, or a block or stuckness you’re going through for your business.
