In this episode, I chat with a fellow vegan dietitian (who also happens to be running coach) about her top tips for vegan runners! About our guest: Amanda Wagner, M. Ed, RDN, LDN:

Amanda is a former high school science teacher with a M.Ed in science education who changed careers to become a dietitian. Amanda is an avid runner and former division 1 cross country/ track athlete, who is enthusiastic about and fueled by a vegan diet. Amanda is also a UESCA Certified Running Coach. She is on a mission to show others that you can be successful in athletics and life fueled by plants. Amanda has been vegan since May 2018 (6 years strong) and was vegetarian for 5 years before that (September 2013-). She finds it rewarding to share her love of nutrition, fitness, and plant-based eating with others and help them reach their own wellness goals.
