This week I got a chance to speak to Dillon Berkabile, the Founder of Cafe Palmys. Dillon is also a partner in several other restaurants and a serial entrepreneur. Earlier this year, Berkabile signed a 10 year lease on the 1,396 square-foot standalone former-home with 2,100 square feet of patio space on the corner of Cass & Felspar a couple blocks from the ocean in Pacific Beach and he has built a beautiful space for Cafe Palmys in San Diego. In this episode we explored a lot of interesting topics including what it takes to build a business and how to follow your gut.
