If you have the Nice Guy syndrome, you might also have ADHD. At the core of the Nice Guy's psychology is that he feels unlovable and unacceptable just as he is. This comes from our childhood experiences of feeling like we don't fit in. For many Nice Guys this can be related to having undiagnosed ADHD.
