Lea is a mom of 5 children who had her whole world turned upside down during a 3-year period of tragedy after tragedy after tragedy.
She was still hurting from the pain of one loss, when another one would hit.
In this episode Lea shares how she was able to keep going day-by-day during a time where nothing seemed to be going right. From losing her father to cancer, a house fire, a child addicted to drugs and more.

ABOUT LEALea Turner, a northern girl in a southern world, embraces the chaos of her house filled with a loving husband and five children, three born of her body and two born of her heart. Her journey significantly turned in 2019 when her family faced death, cancer, a devastating house fire, addiction, shattered dreams, and heart surgery. During these trials, Lea found peace in Scripture and a God who doesn't turn away from pain.
As the Lord unraveled her misconceptions and replaced them with divine truth, Lea saw a vivid picture of women like herself, standing at their kitchen sinks, grappling with profound grief, traumatic loss, wayward children, crushing loneliness, divorce, job loss, and unfulfilled dreams. She believes that by embracing our pain with kindness, we can open the door to a more profound understanding of God.
Her mission is to guide women who have faced disappointment and loss toward finding meaning, hope, and purpose by introducing them to an authentic God who meets them in their daily struggles. She is dedicated to helping others recognize the beauty woven into their stories, even amidst life's heaviest burdens. Lea invites you to embrace the beauty within your own story.
