In this 2 part mini-series I'll be discussing my hamstring injury and using it as a case study to highlight the important parts to consider when rehabbing a hamstring for yourself or a client
In part 1, I discuss why I think I tore mine, the initial assessment and first day, along with why I think it is so important to have a team to help you during rehab or training (EVEN when you're a coach yourself)
And then in part 2 I'll be going over the more specific hamstring rehab considerations and protocol, both of mine and then in general, including returning to running and then my plan for the future to reduce the risk of it happening again
