Suicide and mental health are subjects still considered taboo in Christianity. With the number of people being diagnosed with some form of mental illness and the growing rates of suicide, it's time we have an honest talk about this very real issue so many struggle with.

Join me as I sit down with Steve Austin as he shares his journey through trauma that culminated with him trying to end his life by suicide. Hear how God's grace met him in his darkest hour and continues to help him through recovery.

Depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, and suicidal ideation are things any of us can experience whether we profess to know Christ or not. Steve, himself, went from the pulpit to the psych ward. No one is immune. Share this episode with anyone who has or may be battling depression.

To access the many helpful and practical resources that Steve mentions, you can go to his website catchingyourbreath.com
