After years of internal numbness, Bonnie took herself on a journey of discovering the magic of her yoni. This journey has led her to be of service to many women worldwide. Bonnie is an intimacy educator, somatic sexologist, bliss seeker, speaker & writer. She is also the founder of a women’s pelvic wellness modality, called 'Yoni Mapping Therapy'. If you are not familiar with the term yoni, it is the Indian word for vagina.
Bonnie is a woman who is obsessed with the power of pleasure and inspired to teach other women how they can connect to their pleasure potential.

An expert in the field of women’s pelvic bodywork, Bonnie has been featured in the US Sexual Health Magazine, Australian Yoga Journal, Elephant Journal and other publications as well as summits.

Bonnie developed ‘The Bliss Method’, a six month intensive training in her method of Yoni Mapping Therapy, so she has a number of amazing women from all over the world who are fully certified Yoni Mapping Therapists! How cool is that!

Bonnie shares why its so important for women to connect to their pleasure and finding this in your every day life AND it doesn’t have to be sexual. She teaches women to finding pleasure through the simplicity of life - being conscious to how you move through life and connect to yourself, which then leads to the connection to your sexual pleasure.

We cover a lot in this interview, so much valuable advice and Bonnie also recommends the best pleasure toys for women and why. I loved hearing her view about the yoni and vagus nerve connection. The vagus nerve runs the whole length of our spine and ends in the cervix so it plays a key role in the experiencing of pleasure. She talks about how consciously connecting to our vagina, women begin to honour their body and able to set clear body-boundaries - this is such reminder for women who have difficulty using their voice or speaking their truth.
