Kieran Lumb is a National Champion distance runner and the Canadian record-holder in the 3000m. After making his World Championship debut earlier this year and signing a professional contract with On, Kieran's stock is rising steadily in the running world. He joins The Shakeout Podcast to preview his final race of the year, where he'll compete for the Canadian Cross Country Championships. Kieran also breaks down how his alma mater, UBC, captured the U Sports Cross Country Championship last weekend, why he won't wear a Garmin, and what he believes to be the purest running distance.
