The four founders from Slowpokes Run Club join our final podcast of the year to discuss how to make your running goals more accessible in 2024. Just over a year ago, runners Lucas, Pete, Neil, and Marco looked around the Canadian running scene and decided there was a gap in run clubs guaranteeing an accessible running experience. Soon after, they launched SlowPokes Run Club, a group dedicated to offering Saturday social runs at a pace welcome to beginners and running veterans alike.

Throughout our interview, the founders discuss the logistics of starting a run club in four major cities, the importance of promoting accessibility in running, and how you too can fall in love with the sport in the new year.
