In fact, it’s hard to imagine any of us would be here without it. Love is essential for our survival. And yet, our desperate need for love can lead to frustration, vanity, attachment, rejection and other destructive forces.
In this episode, we discuss the key elements in truly understanding real love. We also cover the important role of love in the actor’s life, whether it’s self-care and maintaining good mental health, or in the tricky skill of creating believable romantic relationships on stage and screen.
