This week we welcome our very first guest to the podcast – English film and television actor, Paul Blackthorne.

You may recognise him from the superhero drama series Arrow, in which he played the character Quentin Lance for eight years.
Making a name for himself in hit television series’ such as ER and 24, Paul has also guest starred on a number of US shows such as CSI, White Collar and Burn Notice.

He has had an illustrious career spanning decades and has also studied the Spiritual Psychology of Acting, back in the early 2000s.

Through our conversation we find out how Paul started out as an actor, how he met John and started studying the course and the influence it’s had on his career.

Paul also takes us through his acting process, sharing some great insight and advice on working in the industry.
