Hey Soothers! Let's go there: I'm talking about why coffee is, possibly - not always! - but possibly not a great idea for you or your nervous system, especially as a highly sensitive person. I discuss how we can come to rely on coffee as a nervous system regulator, the effects it can have on our physical and mental health, and share my own coffee story, which started at 16, and how I've (err, mostly) quit it.
