We get it…kinda. You get some weird euphoria when pounding the pavement alone at 5am. Sounds rad. But your time spent in the gym with the weights is EQUALLY as valuable as your time spend on the run IF you want longevity in this hobby…. So how do we stay running? Focus on the basics:

1: Decrease risk of injury

2: Prevent / Correct muscle imbalances

3: Improve running performance
