Dr. Rudavsky is a physical therapist and professor at Penn State University. She treats performing artists including dancers and singers and uses a manual technique for treating the voice called "Vocal Unloading." She is the on-site physical therapist for the students at the Penn State School of Theatre and she also has an appointment in the kinesiology department. Her research is related to the relationship between the pelvic floor and the larynx in how they coordinate to modulate trunk pressures.
