As a woman, have you ever paused to consider how other women experience you? As a man, have you ever stopped to think about the experiences of the women in your life? It's no secret that as a collective, society today has trouble respecting women as leaders and experts in their craft, industry, field of study, and in the workplace. Today, Jess and Jordyn share some of the roadblocks and frustrations they've experienced while at work, in addition to provoking thought around the origin of why women have to work harder to get recognized in the workplace.
