Jamie talks about his journey to rediscover the culture, knowledge and wisdom of his roots from one of the oldest living cultures in the world. He also talks about the work he is doing to help other indigenous and non-indigenous people rediscover their connection to their environment and his unique perspective on ‘generational wellness’. This is a long overdue topic on the wellness guys and we are so proud to have the opportunity to share this unique perspective and knowledge with you.
