Are you on a journey of self-discovery or making a change? Are your kids going back to school and you’re looking to re-enter the workforce? Are you examining your life because of the pandemic and wanting to try something new? No matter where you are in your journey, it is useful to investigate not just what you want to achieve, but why.

In today’s episode, I sat down with career coach Nicole Davison. We take a deep dive into her journey that led her to where she is currently, she shares some of the hurdles and hard seasons she had to overcome to get where she is today. We also discuss why it is important to identify what your own goals are, and evolve with the things that are happening around us.

For over 25 years, Nicole has been gaining experience within a multitude of industries and career areas, earning a Master’s degree in Counseling, and has been a practicing Career Counselor for over 15 years.

Nicole has worn many hats, and the one she is most proud of is her “Mom” hat. She is a Native New Yorker, a Law Enforcement Wife, the mom to an incredible 11-year-old boy and understands many of the challenges we face as moms on this journey.

Nicole has been coaching moms for years, guiding them through the process of finding that balance and confidence to make career choices that can seem very overwhelming. What drives Nicole is helping each client uncover their own foundation to determine the best path to achieve their goals.
