During this episode, I share a very personal account of the “why” journaling method and how to do it. This method of journaling helps you to uncover what is really going on underneath your psyche and is a great soul searching tool and how you can use it alongside EFT Tapping in order to clear root negative beliefs.

Isolation Station is an offshoot of the Things I Wish I’d Known (TIWIK) podcast. During lockdown, Rachael has been isolated in her flat by her self, so as a passionate podcaster, she thought the best way to cope was to build a kid-style camp from a massage bed and her quilt (read: audio soundproofed booth) and to create a podcast to bring a little bit of wisdom to these times and continue the TIWIK mission of sharing wisdom on how to master your mental health and fall back in love with yourself!
