In today's episode, Jeremy interviews an American hero, Matthew “Whiz” Buckley. Whiz was a fighter pilot in the US Naval Academy for over a decade. Like a majority of veterans, he experienced severe PTSD when trying to integrate back to a “normal” life. He struggled with substance abuse, suicidal thoughts, and living in complete darkness for years. He was finally able to heal his traumas and emotional wounds when he answered the call to sit with Iboga, a powerful plant medicine originating from Africa. Since his transformation a couple of years ago, Whiz has become a leading spokesperson and advocate for the use of psychedelics for veterans. He founded No Fallen Heroes, which is a nonprofit that provides financial support for veterans seeking this type of deep healing.

If that isn’t enough, Whiz is also a Wall Street CEO, host of the MAX Afterburner podcast, speaker ,best-selling author, husband, and father of two.
