Will Welch is a board-certified functional health coach and leadership development coach and co-founder of WELL Leaders, a company that helps leaders prioritize wellbeing as a foundation of effective leadership. With decades of experience in the science and practice of health and leadership development at top universities and Fortune 1000 companies, Will has combined health coaching with his experience developing global organizations to bring leaders the best of both areas. Will started his career researching stress and stress management at UCLA, co-authoring several peer-reviewed journal articles. After getting a Master’s Degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia Business School, he went to work for global companies in New York, helping them create better employee experiences by measuring and enhancing leadership, company culture, and employee engagement. As a health and leadership coach, he now focuses on the intersection of work and health and helping people successfully get work done without stress. His clients range from first responders and engineers to executives and sales reps. He is on the advisory board and is a contributing author for the Kresser Institute and he also writes for his own website, workinghealthier.com. Will lives in Boulder, Colorado, USA, with his wife and daughter.
