The idea of right and wrong is binary, separation thinking that keeps us at odds with ourselves and others. It moves us away from possibility and into the energies of control, defensiveness and domination that interfere with moving clearly through conflict.

Since conflict is an inevitable aspect of life as things evolve and shift to the next level of expansion - I'm exploring how to welcome and trust the disruption that is inherent in this creative process.
On today’s show I share a story of shifting aversion and resistance to conflict into an authentic desire to lean into connection, and co-create with clarity and a curious, wide open heart.
