Many of us who've experienced narcissistic abuse often blame ourselves and carry the shame. But it's important to understand that we're not at fault. We need to find healthy ways to release our anger and heal from our abusive past. In this episode, I'll share my story of overcoming shame and finding healing, and I'll show you how you can do the same.

What you will learn in this episode:

  • How to overcome our abusive past and heal our inner thoughts

  • Why we often blame ourselves instead of the abuser

  • How holding onto shame and guilt can lead to chronic illness

Have you ever wondered, "Why did I stay so long?" or thought, "How could I have been so foolish?" These self-blaming questions often arise when we've been through abuse, but it's important to remember that the blame lies with the abuser, not us. It's natural to feel responsible as a way to protect ourselves from future harm, but we must acknowledge that we're not to blame. To begin healing from narcissistic abuse, we need to let go of the anger from our past.
