Let me tell you, this is an eye exercise that'll knock your socks off. Keep in mind, your eyes are the most advanced neurological system in your body, so if you're dealing with Dysautonomia or recovering from a concussion, this exercise is a game-changer.
Now, don't break a sweat; this exercise is as simple as pie. Print out a basic cross with a dot smack-dab in the middle. Stick that bad boy on a wall about three feet away from you. Then, lock your eyes onto that dot like a laser beam.
With your eyes fixed on the dot, move your gaze up and down, then side to side, and finally, diagonally.
Make sure you keep that dot front and center in your vision. If you start feeling anxious, fatigued, or any funky symptoms, that's a clue that Dysautonomia might be throwing a wrench in your neurological system.
