This is a topic that I have dealt with for many years. Self sabotage and more specifically, indulging in excessive sugar intake after a big week of working out and eating healthy - undoing all of my hard work in one night!
The thing is - we easily fall into the mentality of 'I deserve this..' or 'This is my REWARD for all my hard work!'
But when your 'rewards' are actually reversing your progress, can they really be considered a reward?
In this episode we break down these deep rooted patterns and look at healthier options that will assist in your positive momentum. We also look at how we can cut this pattern off without having to deal directly with the core issue.
I share how I healed this issue for myself - and it's not what you'd think!
