A childhood interrupted leaves a long lasting legacy that we carry into our adult life, says Emma. And her childhood was more than challenging. Her journey from that childhood, to the woman she is today is fascinating and humbling. Because she did so much work on herself.
Now, a Love, Relationship and Sexuality coach, Emma has taken a big journey to reconnect back to herself, to her body and learnt to fall in love with herself.
She has dedicated her professional life to working with adults who through childhood experiences have a disconnection from pleasure and struggle to love themselves as well as they would like.
