In this episode, Nikki goes through an actionable exercise to help break through limiting beliefs. Letting go of old beliefs, setting new goals, and moving forward.

Nikki originally participated in a similar exercise in a live presentation in a program by James Wedmore.

If you can write out your answers by hand, this would be ideal. Handwriting can help to connect more with thoughts and deep emotions. If handwriting isn’t possible, and typing is, that is still a good way to document your answers.

  • What is my limiting belief?
  • How do I feel about this belief?
  • What is causing me to choose to feel this way?
