I turn 40 this week.
Still kinda weird saying that.
In today's episode I'm just vibing and giving some personal thoughts about turning the big 4-0.
I'm not gonna lie, these reflections brought up some interesting feelings and it was damn near therapeutic being able to share these thoughts and insights.
