In this episode, I am joined by Vanessa Lopez who is a health research extraordinaire. Through her own health challenges, Vanessa immersed herself in health research to overcome a myriad of health conditions. By taking her health into her own hands, she was able to create an environment in which healing could take place. She now educates people on healthy lifestyle practices through her social media page @thegiftofgoods and empowers each and every one of us to advocate for our own health and to never give up.
