I’m 53 and feel like by now I’ve probably done a lot of damage to my brain, by not eating right or doing the activities Dr. Dow talked about. If I correct my behavior, can I actually reverse some of the damage I’ve done?
- I’m feeling a little overwhelmed by all the recommendations of supplements, vitamins, and some medicine terms I’m honestly not too familiar with in this episode. I’m not sure where to start? What is the most important thing I can do to help with my feelings of brain fog?
- Will clearing my brain fog help me to discover what I'm really hungry for?
