Continuing on our series exploring the yamas and niyamas, today we’ll be discussing Santosha or contentment.
Practicing contentment consciously choosing to stay in the moment and let things be exactly what they are is a surprisingly difficult practice. And yet, it has been one of Tonya’s favorites and perhaps, for Kim, the most valuable because it has helped them both to practice many other aspects of yoga philosophy “better” - more deliberately.
