Electronic warfare engineer turned personal trainer, Elsbeth is one of my favourite fitness presenters and I am very honoured to have her on the show. Elsbeth regularly trains newbies to her gym that are over 40 and she gets to see this generation thrive and find the joy in strength training, especially women over 50 who are usually apprehensive to start, but then she loves to all the things they see the can do! It’s life-changing. (oh and we discuss scotch-eggs!)
